Baker & Provan is one of Australia’s high quality, precision CNC milling / machining workshops located in western Sydney.

Baker & Provan has 12 CNC milling machines and has been operating since 1946. Baker & Provan’s CNC milling machines cater for small to very large components. Baker & Provan can offer CNC milling, boring, turning, drilling and facing, providing 4 axis, 5 axis and 6 axis CNC machining capability.

Baker & Provan is a jobbing shop which means the quantities we work with vary from working with prototypes, starting with a minimum quantity of 1, and up to 1000 units.

CNC Machining Centres – Small to large – up to 4 axis
CNC Horizontal Borers – Small to large - 4 axis
CNC Bed Mill – Small to very large – 4 axis
CNC Floor Borer – Machining envelope of 12 metres by 4 metres high – 4 axis
CNC Turntable – rated up to 30 tonne – 6 axis, 4 metre mast.
CNC Machining Centre – Very Large – 20 tables – 5 axis
Vertical Borer – 2m dia – NC readout with conventional control

Baker & Provan records dimensional requirements as a minimum, even when customer’s do not require dimensional reports.
